Booking Time Slots
Kitchen Hosts set the availability for each of their kitchen sections. You choose the dates and times you need, then send a booking request to the host.
Minimum booking length
Each listing sets its own minimum booking length, shown on the listing (for example, "4 hour minimum booking"). Your total time, including cleaning time, needs to meet that minimum. Dates that don't have enough consecutive hours available are shown as unavailable.
Choosing your time
Open a kitchen listing and tap Select time.
Choose how many hours you need for production (cooking and prep). Cleaning time is added for you.
Pick a date on the calendar, then select a start time. To book more than one day, select more dates on the calendar.
At checkout, tell us how many people will be using the kitchen and write a message to the host.
Review the total cost and send your request to the Kitchen Host.
Your booking isn't confirmed until the host approves it. Requests that aren't answered within 48 hours expire. See Booking statuses for what each stage means.
Cleaning time
You're responsible for leaving the space the way you found it, so Syzl automatically adds cleaning time to the end of every booking:
Under 8 hours of production: 1 hour of cleaning. For example, 7 hours to cook plus 1 hour to clean.
8 hours of production or more: 2 hours of cleaning. For example, 8 hours to cook plus 2 hours to clean.
When your production hours are over, your booking page shows a "Time to Cleanup" notice.
Need more time?
If the host allows extensions and the kitchen is free after your booking ends, you can extend your booking once from the booking page. See Add-ons and extending a booking.
