Can I visit a kitchen before I book it?

Kitchen tours aren't part of booking on Syzl. Here's why, and how to get the answers you need before you book.

Why we don't arrange visits

• Safety and security. Hosts agree to have you in their space during the booking time you both confirmed. Visits outside a booking aren't covered by that agreement.

• Respect for hosts' time. Most hosts run their own business in the space. Skipping tours and drop-ins lets them focus on it.

Can I see the kitchen's address before I book?

Before you book, the listing shows the kitchen's general area on a map, so you can judge the distance from home or work. The full address appears in your booking details once the host approves your booking.

Think about what you'd want to check on a visit, then ask the host. Sign in, then tap Message host on the listing. Hosts can answer questions about the space, the equipment and the location, and send you extra photos. See Messaging your host for tips.
