Booking Requests
Every time a maker asks to book your kitchen, you get a notification from the Syzl app.
Responding to a request
Bookings are never confirmed automatically. Each one waits for you to respond.
Open the request from your notification or from the Bookings tab.
Check that your kitchen is free and the booking works for you.
Tap Confirm Booking or Deny booking. You can also use Accept or Decline on the request in your messages.
If you deny a request, you'll need to give a reason, and you can add a message for the maker. A clear reason helps them find another time or another kitchen.
Requests expire
Please respond within 48 hours. If you don't, the request expires and the maker is told by email. They can then request again. An expired request shows as Cancelled by Host.
A request also expires if it's still waiting for a response 6 hours before the booking is due to start. This can happen sooner than 48 hours if your booking lead time is short.
